A We have a complimentary parking deck located behind the hotel with access to the hotel on the lowest level.
A No, we are on the South Side of Asheville and are about a 12 - 15 minute drive to Downtown.
A We do not offer Shuttle transportation to downtown or the Biltmore Estate. The easiest thing to do would be to drive there or take a cab / Uber.
A Yes we do. We do not schedule shuttles in advance due to flight delays. The best that to do is to call the hotel when you get to baggage claim, it typically takes about 10 minutes for the Shuttle Driver to pick you up.
A Yes we offer complimentary WiFi access and it is available through At&t Wifi or HHonors. You will just use your last name and room number to log in under complimentary guest access.
A Yes we are in a new mixed use development with several restaurants, shops and a movie theatre within steps of the hotel front door.

A We are only 2 miles from downtown Asheville; it's a straight shot up Biltmore Avenue. Just make a left out of our parking lot and you'll be there in less than 10 minutes.
A We're about 10 miles from Asheville Airport and will be happy to arrange a cab if you like. We also have Uber in Asheville if you use the app on your phone.
A We do have an evening shuttle that goes downtown and also to the Biltmore Village Historic District. Our shuttle does not go to the airport but we'll be happy to call a cab for you if you so request.
A We have a TGIF restaurant just past the front lobby and you will receive a 10% discount if you show your room key.
A The Biltmore Village Historic District is right across the street where you can stroll the cobblestone streets and stop into some great boutique stores and local restaurants.
